Ensono is seeking a Mainframe Systems Programmer with CICS and WAS expertise to support our z/OS environments remotely across the United States. You will install, test, and maintain operating system software, troubleshoot, and coordinate upgrades with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years on the zSeries platform, strong CICS TS and WAS skills, and SMP/E experience. Excellent communication and the ability to work independently or in a team in a high-pressure, 24/7 environment

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years experience on the zSeries (mainframe) platform including hands-on technical experience with CICS TS / WAS and OEM product support.
• Thorough working knowledge of CICS TS concepts, configuration and tailoring.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of CICS TS concepts, configuration and tailoring.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentations).

Responsabilidades

• Fulfill CSOs for mainframe z/OS customers in a timely manner related to CICS TS and related OEM software.
• Provide primary support for reported problems related to CICS TS / WAS and related OEM software.
• Provide 24 x 7 x 365 basis support across multiple time zones.
• Follow procedures for installing OEM software products efficiently and per Ensono standards.
