Qualifications

• 15+ years of consulting experience in a leading firm.
• Proven leadership in digital and transformative programs.
• Experience delivering program management in technology-driven transformations.
• Ability to operate independently at client locations and lead multiple streams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagements, delivering billable client work planning, selecting, and optimizing solutions.
• Lead business development and demand generation activities.
• Demonstrate superior presentation, organization, project leadership, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Model and evolve differentiation in transformation and program management methods and tools.
• Partner with Practices to craft offerings and support sales across client accounts.
