You will help optimize workflows, develop analytics, and deliver reporting to drive workforce insights while aligning with governance and best practices. Remote work option with quarterly onsite meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Workday TM & PM.
• 4+ years Workday calculated fields and business processes.
• 4+ years delivering projects and programs.
• 3+ years problem solving and decision making.
• 3+ years Jira tracking experience.
• 3+ years collaborative, team oriented work.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and assist with system enhancements implementation.
• Evaluate Workday and other tech options to meet needs.
• Improve processes via workflow optimization and automation.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize HR tech including Workday TM.
• Document requirements and acceptance criteria in Jira with stakeholders.
• Participate in system implementations, upgrades, testing, and releases.
• Develop reports and analytics for workforce insights.
• Troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement.
• Create system documentation and SOPs.
• Manage multiple initiatives with deadlines and detail orientation.
• Share knowledge and provide peer support.
