Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Workday Talent Management Strategy & Solutions Analyst to join our Information Technology organization. You will partner with HR leaders, Product Owners and IT teams to analyze needs, define requirements, configure Workday Talent Management, and support enhancements.

You will design reports, document processes, participate in implementations, and help improve data quality and user experience. Remote work is possible with occasional onsite travel for meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Workday Talent Management & Performance Management
• 4+ years calculated fields, Business Processes and building Workday solutions
• 4+ years planning, delivering and supporting projects and programs
• 3+ years problem solving, solutioning and decision making
• 3+ years delivering tracking tools such as Jira
• 3+ years working in a collaborative, team oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Gathers requirements with HR leaders, Product Owners and IT teams for system enhancements
• Evaluates Workday and other technologies to meet business needs
• Identifies opportunities to improve processes and automate workflows
• Configures and maintains Workday Talent Management, including governance
• Documents requirements, user stories and configuration changes in Jira
• Participates in system implementations, testing and release management
• Develops reports, dashboards and analytics for HR and leadership
• Investigates issues and supports continuous system improvements
• Creates and maintains system documentation and SOPs
• Manages multiple initiatives with priority changes and deadlines
• Shares knowledge and supports team discussions and projects
