• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system functionality through workflow optimization and automation.
• Support configuration, administration, maintenance, and optimization of HR technology platforms, including Workday Talent Management.
• Document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration changes in Jira with stakeholders.
• Participate in system implementations, enhancements, upgrades, testing, and release management for successful deployment.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide HR and business insights.
