• 4+ years building Workday calculations and business processes

• 3+ years problem solving and solutioning
• 3+ years Jira tracking tools experience
• 3+ years collaborative, team-oriented work experience

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with HR leaders and IT teams to define solutions for Workday Talent Management.
• Evaluate Workday and other technologies to meet business needs with tested solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system functionality
• Configure and maintain Workday TM and related HR tech settings
• Document business requirements, user stories, and configuration changes
• Support system implementations, upgrades, testing, and releases
• Develop reports and analytics for workforce insights
• Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous system improvements
• Create system documentation and SOPs
• Manage multiple initiatives with deadlines and detail orientation
• Share knowledge and contribute to team discussions
