CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Workday Talent Management Strategy & Solutions Analyst to partner with HR and IT to design, configure, and optimize Workday Talent Management and related talent technologies.

You will gather requirements, lead solution development, and drive system enhancements, reporting and analytics, while ensuring data quality and a superior user experience across the organization. This full-time role allows remote work with quarterly on-site meetings and requires strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience configuring Workday Talent Management & Performance Management.
• 4+ years' experience calculated fields, BP and building solutions in Workday.
• 4+ years' experience with strategic planning, delivery, and support of projects and programs.
• 3+ years' experience demonstrating problem solving, solutioning, and decision-making skills.
• 3+ years' experience delivering tracking tools such as Jira.
• 3+ years' experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and assist with solution development and system enhancements.
• Evaluate Workday and other technologies to meet business needs.
• Improve business processes through workflow optimization and automation.
• Support configuration, administration, maintenance, and optimization of HR tech including Workday Talent Management.
• Document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration changes in Jira with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Assist in system implementations, upgrades, testing, and release management processes.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and business leaders.
• Investigate system issues and support continuous system improvement.
• Create and maintain system documentation, processes, and configuration docs.
• Manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Share knowledge and provide peer support.
