Qualifications

• This role requires 5+ years configuring Core HCM for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years creating complex reports and configurations in Workday.
• 3+ years working with HR technology including cloud/mobile technologies.
• Experience gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, and documenting designs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional work with HR and Payroll stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to HR and Payroll for technology needs across HR domains.
• Builds relationships across HR Technology to ensure effective solutions.
• Collaborates with partners to support Workday Core HCM and roadmap.
• Translates business needs into technical Workday solutions and timelines.
• Participates in Workday release processes and assists with testing.
