- Experience configuring and supporting HR technology solutions, including Workday Talent and Performance.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations.
- Experience in testing activities and governance related to HR technology projects.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, test, implement, and support Workday Talent and Performance solutions.
- Leverage best practices to drive configuration changes with enterprise standards and governance.
- Lead requirements gathering, impact assessments, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and Tier 3 support for complex Workday issues.
