Job summary

Aquent in the United States is seeking a senior HRIS professional to own Workday Compensation and related HCM processes for a large enterprise. You will shape strategy, design, configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring accurate compensation programs.

You will partner with Compensation, Total Rewards, HR, Finance, Payroll and Technology to deliver enterprise-wide solutions, lead testing, governance, automation opportunities, and advise leadership on compensation strategy and associate

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR technology, HRIS, enterprise systems, or related experience with significant expertise in leading complex configuration initiatives.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience in Advanced Compensation and related HCM functionality.
• Proven experience configuring and supporting comprehensive compensation processes including annual planning, merit increases, bonus and incentive programs, and salary structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the lifecycle of Workday Compensation solutions from strategy and design through configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Act as the primary functional owner for all compensation-related processes including annual planning, incentives, eligibility, salary structures, market adjustments, one-time payments, and compensation statements.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable Workday capabilities and provide expert solution recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, driving continuous improvement and evaluating new Workday functionality.
• Lead complex initiatives with governance and release management, assessing cross-functional impacts.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for critical production issues to ensure seamless operations.
• Influence enterprise strategy as a senior SME, mentor team members, and advise leadership on operations, finance, compliance, and associate experience.
