Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning. This role will own administration, model building, reporting, and optimization of the Adaptive Planning environment across budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience in an administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst capacity, of which 3+ years utilizing the Workday Adaptive Planning system.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong experience with Workday Adaptive Planning dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, assumptions, formulas, and models.
• Experience creating in/outbound integrations between Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM, and Workday Adaptive Planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and SME with day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance and optimization.
• Develop Adaptive Planning models and planning solutions with FP&A best practices for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and workforce planning.
• Create and maintain dashboards, OfficeConnect reports, and security configurations; ensure data governance and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, HRIS, ITS and other teams on integrations, data architecture, APIs and issue resolution.
• Document configurations, provide training materials, conduct knowledge-transfer sessions for users and stakeholders.
