Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to lead administration, modeling, and reporting across the Adaptive Planning platform. This role partners with Finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions that support budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Progressive hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning administration.
• Experience building complex Adaptive Planning reports and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator for day-to-day operations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations and reports.
• Manage user access, security, and data governance within Adaptive Planning.
• Develop and maintain planning models, dimensions, sheets, and rules.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT to optimize planning and reporting.
