Lumen is seeking a Wholesale Account Manager in the Richmond, VA area to drive revenue growth within a base of wholesale accounts. The role focuses on hunting for new opportunities, expanding buying centers, and increasing solution adoption, with responsibility for pipeline, forecast accuracy, and quota attainment.

You will develop account plans, build multi-threaded relationships with decision makers, coordinate with solution engineers, and maintain CRM discipline while delivering market

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B field sales experience with a hunter mindset.
• Proven success meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
• Working knowledge of wholesale wireless, IP/data, and voice services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute account plans focused on hunting and expansion.
• Identify, qualify, bid, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities.
• Prospect via cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and events.
• Expand wallet share through cross-sell and up-sell with sales overlay team.
• Build multi-threaded relationships with decision makers.
• Create proposals and pricing configurations with internal teams.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle including coordination with solution engineers.
• Maintain accurate weekly forecast and CRM hygiene.
• Provide market and customer insights to sales leadership.
