Job summary

Lumen Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Wholesale Account Manager to drive revenue growth in a base of wholesale accounts. You will hunt for new opportunities, expand relationships, and manage a full-funnel sales process with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strategic account planning, multi-threaded stakeholder engagement, and strong negotiation skills to meet quotas and grow the business across IP/data, wireless, and voice services.

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B field sales experience.
Experience in wholesale wireless, IP/data, and voice/network services.
Proven ability to meet/exceed quotas with hunter mindset.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute account plans focused on hunting and expansion.
Identify, qualify, bid, negotiate, and close new opportunities to meet targets.
Prospect via cold calling, email outreach, social selling, events.
Expand wallet share through cross-sell and up-sell with overlay team.
Build multi-threaded relationships with decision makers and influencers.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle with solution engineers and delivery coordination.
Maintain accurate weekly forecast and CRM hygiene.
Provide market and customer insights to sales leadership.
