Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a senior Portfolio Strategy Consulting professional to lead complex real estate and advisory projects. You will drive client engagements, develop business cases, and deliver strategic recommendations across occupier services and corporate solutions.

The role requires 7–10 years in real estate or management consulting, an MBA or MS in Real Estate, and strong analytics with BI tooling.

Qualifications

• MBA or MS in Real Estate is mandatory.
• 7–10 years' experience in real estate and/or management consulting.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and BI platforms (Tableau/Qlik).
• Experience with IWMS/CAFM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting assignments using analytical frameworks and problem-solving methodologies.
• Lead commercial real estate portfolio optimization, location strategy, site selection and planning studies.
• Develop financial models and market analytics to highlight key takeaways for recommendations.
• Present to C-Suite and BU leads with compelling stories and visuals.
• Leverage BI platforms to produce actionable insights for clients.
