Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a Senior Analyst to support servicing of commercial real estate loans across client portfolios. You will produce compliant client deliverables, analyze loan metrics, and build Excel-based templates and models for cash flows and amortization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting and 5+ years of experience in finance/reporting, with strong Excel skills and excellent communication. Teamwork and deadline discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or equivalent.
• 5+ years in industry or senior analyst level role.
• 0–2 years in reconciliations, financial/investor reporting preferred.
• 0–2 years of CREFC Reporting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
• Proficient Excel use with formulas and macros.
• Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Pro-active approach to problem recognition and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Approve system generated reporting and client deliverables for compliance and accuracy.
• Manage oral and written communication with internal/external clients regarding CRE loan servicing.
• Ensure adherence to policies, quality standards, and contractual deliverables.
• Summarize research to respond to lenders, audits, rating agencies, and stakeholders.
• Design/build spreadsheet templates and financial models to analyze loan metrics and cash flows.
• Ensure compliance with servicing standards and loan documents; process exceptions.
• Prepare and deliver cash remittance reports timely for portfolios.
• Prepare all reporting requirements for assigned portfolios.
• Ensure collection of servicing fees through remittance processes.
• Demonstrate teamwork and support colleagues; handle overtime when needed.
• Recommend efficiency initiatives; perform QC on completed products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and changes.
