Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of leadership in complex client engagements within digital agency, consultancy, or tech services.
• Track record managing portfolios >$10 million with responsibility for quality and financial health.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of 20+ professionals and developing leaders.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of client accounts.
• Act as senior advisor to client executives and align priorities with future needs.
• Oversee portfolio health, balancing relationships, service quality, and financial performance.
• Lead account management teams and promote accountability and collaboration.
• Manage engagements valued at $10M+ with strong governance of budgets and SOWs.
• Guide teams of 20+ professionals through delivery and objective achievement.
• Develop account growth strategies and long-term strategic partnerships.
• Forecast, resource planning, and prioritization across multiple engagements.
• Lead RFP responses, pitches, MSAs, and contract negotiations.
