Jobgether is seeking a Senior Business Insights Analyst to partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. You will transform operational, financial, and customer data into actionable recommendations to drive growth and efficiency.

You will design KPI frameworks, develop forecasting models, and deliver executive reporting to influence strategic decisions across Finance, Sales, Product, and Delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analytics, operational analysis, financial modeling, or executive decision support.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into practical recommendations for leadership.
• Experience building dashboards and executive reports with BI tools is highly desirable.
• Advanced SQL, data modeling, and forecasting skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and inform decisions.
• Develop business cases, scenario models, and forecasting tools for planning.
• Design enterprise KPI frameworks and executive dashboards for visibility.
• Translate data questions into structured analyses and actionable insights.
• Present findings to senior leaders with clarity and impact.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Product, and Delivery to standardize reporting.
