Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a VP, Client Success to lead strategy and execution across a managed services portfolio in a remote-first environment in the United States. You will oversee Client Success Managers and Technical Client Success Managers, driving retention, renewals, expansion, and long-term customer value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client success, account management, or service delivery with leadership experience
• Proven ability to design or improve client success operating models and governance
• Strong understanding of recurring revenue metrics and financial implications of client relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead client journey strategy from onboarding to renewal and expansion
• Own renewal readiness, forecasts, and expansion opportunities with Sales
• Translate cloud, security, FinOps, and modernization initiatives into measurable outcomes for executives
• Develop and maintain client health scoring, risk management, and escalation processes
• Build and govern a scalable Client Success Framework across teams and services
• Mentor and develop Client Success Managers and Technical Client Success Managers
• Drive voice of the client programs into service improvements and GTM strategies
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts across Azure and security domains
