Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior leader to manage and grow a Solution Architecture team responsible for healthcare platforms. You will own operating models, capacity planning, and high-level design while guiding clients on platform capabilities.

You will work closely with executives and delivery teams to ensure architectural rigor, effective coaching, and scalable processes across a growing portfolio. Remote-first within the US with some travel.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or related client-facing technical roles with healthcare focus.
• 5+ years direct people-management experience leading technical teams such as Solution Architects or engineers.
• Experience with large enterprise platforms, claims systems, utilization management, or similar healthcare infrastructure.
• Strong decision-making, stakeholder influence, and ability to lead through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of eight Solution Architects, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career progression.
• Own the Solution Architecture operating model and capacity planning across a growing implementation portfolio.
• Define standards for solution design and guide clients to existing platform capabilities while documenting requirements.
• Foster a customer-focused approach balancing responsiveness with guidance when solutions are not feasible.
• Lead escalations involving design, constraints, or mismatches between solutions and commitments.
• Balance workloads and adapt allocations as activities evolve.
• Collaborate with Solution Owners, Forward Deployed Engineers, and QA to align designs with delivery plans.
• Represent the architecture function in cross-functional planning with executive stakeholders.
• Develop training resources, templates, and playbooks to ensure consistent delivery quality.
• Support organizational growth by improving team processes and technical standards.
