Job summary

Nash Harbor Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Voice Systems Engineer to support the FAA in modernization, sustainment, and lifecycle management of NAS voice communications. You will apply systems engineering across voice switch platforms, VoIP, and related networks to support all lifecycle stages.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, a BS in a related field, and the ability to obtain FAA Public Trust clearance. Remote work with occasional travel to FAA facilities is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline.
10+ years of relevant experience including ATC voice communications.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

Provide systems engineering for modernization and sustainment of FAA ATC voice systems.
Develop, analyze, and refine technical, operational, and performance requirements for voice systems.
Evaluate voice switch architectures, networks, and interfaces.
Support verification, deployment, and long-term sustainment activities.
