Job summary

Peraton in Herndon, VA seeks a dynamic Project Manager to lead NAS modernization programs under the BNATCS contract with FAA. You will oversee operational deliverables, drive timely financial forecasts, and guide cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product owners to deliver value to the government and aviation customers.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance.
• 8+ years with BS/BA or 6+ years with MS/MA; 3+ years with PhD, 12 years in lieu of degree.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing small teams and performing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational deliverables contributing to aggressive client-mandated schedules.
• Engage with Voice Communications leadership, Finance partners, and other impacted parties to develop and maintain financial forecasts and analyses.
• Lead high-performing teams, foster collaboration, and deliver results aligned with goals.
• Engage stakeholders to capture requirements, manage expectations, and provide progress updates.
• Monitor program performance and delivery metrics to identify risks and drive improvement.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and leadership to ensure program alignment and value delivery.
• Gather critical performance information and maintain roadmaps, status reports, and documentation.
• Support change management and communication efforts for new processes or tools.
