Job summary

You will set architecture, define automation strategies, and ensure platform resilience while guiding operations and modernization efforts.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, compliant, and secure hybrid cloud solutions for a large financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years hands-on leadership experience or HS diploma with 14 years equivalent.
• 5+ years leading enterprise virtualization or private cloud initiatives.
• Deep VMware Cloud Foundation, vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Aria Suite, and SDDC experience.

Responsibilities

• We serve as the senior technical leader for VMware Cloud Foundation.
• We define the architecture, engineering approach, automation strategy, lifecycle management, and operational standards for our enterprise private cloud platform.
• We provide strategic guidance for vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Aria Suite, SDDC operations, infrastructure automation, resiliency, and platform modernization.
• We lead VCF strategy and architecture, platform engineering and automation, operational excellence and reliability, technical leadership and mentoring, and innovation and modernization.
• We help design and operate large-scale VMware environments, software-defined data centers, hybrid cloud platforms, automation frameworks, and highly regulated enterprise infrastructures.
