Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX research experience
- Strong qualitative and quantitative methods
- Translate ambiguous problems into research direction
- Experience in cross-functional product teams
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Diverse portfolio showing impact across complex problems
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct end-to-end user research across the product lifecycle
- Translate findings into actionable insights
- Partner with UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Advocate for user-centered design and research best practices
- Conduct usability testing, interviews, surveys, and field studies
- Synthesize findings into research reports, personas, journey maps, and frameworks
- Promote accessibility and inclusive access to information in research
