Job summary

Veolia is seeking a senior proposal leader for its Water Technology group. The role can be remote anywhere in North America.

You will guide a bid team through end-to-end proposal development for UPW/high-purity water solutions, align with sales strategy, and ensure compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in proposal management in industrial water treatment, strong English communication, and familiarity with design-build methods.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in proposal management or related roles within industrial water treatment.
• Familiarity with UPW/high-purity water systems for semiconductor clientele.
• Experience managing complex, multi-volume proposals.
• Knowledge of design-build delivery methods.
• Experience identifying and mitigating business risks.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead a Bid Team including engineering, sourcing, and contract management.
• Drive end-to-end proposal development from RFP planning to submission.
• Facilitate strategy discussions, kick-offs, and regular calls.
• Develop schedules and assign responsibilities to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Perform thorough compliance reviews of proposal materials.
• Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned.
• Structure system solutions with sales and bid teams; develop strategy and pricing.
• Identify risks and opportunities; present during leadership reviews.
• Support Sales with client interaction and negotiation.
• Build cross-functional relationships across Veolia teams.
