Veolia Water Technologies is seeking a senior proposal leader to guide a bid team through end-to-end development of technically and commercially compelling water treatment solutions in North America. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 8+ years of proposal management, applications engineering, or project management within industrial water treatment.
• Direct familiarity with Ultrapure Water (UPW) or high-purity water systems for semiconductor clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Bid Team to deliver an executable solution aligned with strategic intent.
• Own end-to-end proposal development from RFP planning to final submission.
• Facilitate strategy discussions, kickoff meetings, and rhythm calls for unified proposals.
• Develop detailed schedules and roles to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
• Conduct compliance reviews ensuring content meets RFP/RFQ requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons and enhancing proposal quality.
• Structure system solutions with the sales team and partners, including pricing strategies.
• Identify and mitigate business, execution, and contractual risks.
• Prepare information for Leadership reviews and assist Sales with client interaction.
• Build cross-functional relationships across Projects, Services and CS&M teams.
• Adapt strategy based on new data and feedback.
