Veolia Group is seeking a seasoned Proposal Manager to lead a bid team for UPW and high-purity water projects in North America. The role spans the full sales cycle from qualification to contract signature and handover, requiring strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in related roles, fluency in English, and direct experience with UPW or semiconductor water systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 8+ years in proposal management, applications engineering, or project management in industrial water treatment.
• Direct familiarity with Ultrapure Water (UPW) or high-purity water systems.
• Experience serving semiconductor/microelectronics clients.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-volume proposals.
• Familiarity with design-build, progressive design-build delivery methods.
• Experience in identification and mitigation of business risks.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Lead a Bid Team to align all elements with strategic intent.
• Lead end-to-end proposal development from RFP planning through final submission.
• Facilitate strategy discussions, kick-off meetings, and rhythm calls.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules and assignments.
• Conduct thorough compliance reviews of proposal materials.
• Track lessons learned and implement enhancements for proposal quality.
• Collaborate with sales and bid teams to develop strategy and pricing.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Present information during Leadership reviews.
• Assist Sales with client interaction and negotiation.
• Develop relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across Veolia.
• Analyze data and adjust strategy accordingly.
