Veolia seeks a senior professional to drive end-to-end bid development for industrial water treatment, UPW systems, or semiconductor water infrastructure. You will lead cross-functional bid teams, coordinate with sales, and ensure compliant, high-quality proposals.

The role supports North America with remote capability; requires 8+ years in related areas and strong English communication and leadership skills.

Qualificações

• Experience in proposal management for industrial water treatment or UPW systems.
• 8+ years in proposal management, applications engineering, or project management.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a Bid Team to align application engineering, design, sourcing, and contract management with Veolia's strategic intent.
• Oversee end-to-end proposal development from RFP planning to submission.
• Facilitate strategy discussions and kickoff meetings for competitive proposals.
• Develop schedules and assign responsibilities to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
• Perform compliance reviews to meet all RFP/RFQ content.
• Identify risks and opportunities and drive continuous improvement in proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales to support client interactions and negotiations.
• Build cross-functional relationships across Veolia's Projects, Services, and CS&M teams.
