Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and consultation to Sales and Client Management on pricing and stop loss strategies.
• Prepare quotations and other financial deliverables for prospective and existing business.
• Prepare financial projections using models in Excel and Salesforce.
• Market and place stop loss policies; negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand impacts of custom requests.
• Manage and interpret operational data for fee development and analysis.
• Present to internal/external customers and partners.
• Demonstrate Meritan products and services knowledge.
• Contribute to presentations to customers and partners.
• Determine product mix with Sales to reduce total cost of care.
• Explain rates/fees and underwriting policies to Sales and clients.
• Maintain positive relationships with sales and internal partners.
