The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support attorneys in personal injury litigation, manage complex information, and serve as a resource across the organization. This hybrid role allows independent work with regular collaboration to resolve legal matters.

Are you able to review, summarize, and prepare legal documents; organize files; and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders?

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or ABA-approved Legal Assistant training, or extensive related experience.
• Experience researching, analyzing and preparing written documents and correspondence.
• Knowledge of civil litigation procedure, federal and state judicial systems, insurance principles.
• Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work; communicate effectively with others.

Aufgaben

• Support attorneys in personal injury litigation and regulatory matters.
• Type and generate pleadings, memos, letters for assigned staff counsel.
• Schedule depositions and court hearings and maintain attorney calendars.
• Establish and maintain case files and electronic diary system.
• Provide office administration support as needed.
