Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Transmission Line Project Manager to lead high voltage and EHV transmission line projects within the Power & Energy team.

Based in Houston, Austin, or Fort Worth with the ability to work remotely from mutually acceptable locations, you will manage scope, schedule, budget, and QA/QC while developing client relationships and marketing WSP’s Power Delivery services across the South and Southwest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management or related field in Power & Energy.
• 12+ years in project management in Power Delivery/Utility.
• 5+ years leading teams for HV/EHV transmission projects.
• Experience with contract, risk, EV, and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for HV/EHV transmission line projects, managing design, budgets, forecasts, margins and KPIs.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and report progress to clients.
• Lead pursuit/initiation activities, Go/No-Go decisions, and contract reviews.
• Oversee technical reviews, QA/QC adherence, and staff performance.
• Coordinate resource and subcontracting needs; maintain regular client communications.
• Facilitate project closeout and lessons learned; contribute to future-ready solutions.
