Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Sr. Program Analyst - Transformation to support the Revenue Intelligence portfolio and broader transformation efforts.

You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage delivery workflows, and drive operational excellence in a primarily remote setting. You will collaborate with technical development teams, business stakeholders, and leadership, contributing to GTM initiatives, service lifecycles, and strategic programs as priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-7 years of experience in project coordination, program management, business analysis, transformation, or related roles.
• Experience supporting cross-functional transformation initiatives involving technical, business, and leadership stakeholders to align priorities, clarify requirements, coordinate execution, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives, including sales enablement, launches, and campaign execution.
• Experience supporting service or product lifecycle management activities.
• Background in consulting, IT services, or transformation programs.
• Ability to travel up to 5-10% for industry conferences and SHI, partner, and customer events.
• Experience with Asana administration or advanced use.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops and working sessions to gather requirements and translate into user stories and backlog items.
• Refine requirements with development and business teams and maintain traceability from requirements to outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness for Revenue Intelligence.
• Standardize delivery practices and improve execution models across teams.
• Own execution tooling and governance through Asana to keep work prioritized and visible.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and GTM readiness across multiple initiatives.
• Support dashboards, scorecards, and reporting to drive accountability and performance.
• Develop internal communications for Revenue Intelligence initiatives and GTM launches.
• Ensure clear, consistent messaging to leadership, sales, and delivery audiences.
