Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Sr. Program Analyst - Transformation to drive the Revenue Intelligence lifecycle and related transformation initiatives.

You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage delivery workflows, and partner with technical and business teams to deliver measurable results. The role emphasizes governance, dashboards, and executive communications, with collaboration across GTM, analytics, and service domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-7 years of experience in project coordination, program management, business analysis, transformation, or related roles.
• Experience supporting cross-functional transformation initiatives involving technical, business, and leadership stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops to gather business requirements, KPI definitions, thresholds, continuous improvement opportunities, and business rules; translate findings into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Develop and maintain project plans across SOS initiatives, tracking roadmap priorities and milestones.
• Execute and scale the Revenue Intelligence operating model, including sprint planning and release readiness coordination.
• Support dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools; analyze performance trends and drive actions.
• Develop internal communications for Revenue Intelligence initiatives, GTM launches, and service lifecycle changes.
