Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the United States is seeking a Sr. Program Analyst - Transformation to advance Revenue Intelligence and associated transformation initiatives.

You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage delivery workflows, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, cross‑functional environment. You’ll partner with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to align strategies, track milestones, and deliver measurable outcomes across GTM,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience with agile or iterative delivery methodologies.
Experience supporting cross‑functional transformation initiatives involving technical, business, and leadership stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead stakeholder workshops and sessions to gather requirements, KPI definitions, and backlog items.
Refine requirements with development and business teams and maintain traceability to outcomes.
Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, and manage cross‑functional dependencies.
Execute Revenue Intelligence operating model, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness.
