Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-7 years of experience in project coordination, program management, business analysis, transformation, or related roles.
• Experience supporting cross-functional transformation initiatives involving technical, business, and leadership stakeholders to align priorities, clarify requirements, coordinate execution, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Experience supporting application development or business intelligence teams.
• Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives, including sales enablement, launches, and campaign execution.
• Experience supporting service or product lifecycle management activities.
• Background in consulting, IT services, or transformation programs.
• Ability to travel up to 5-10% for industry conferences and SHI, partner, and customer events.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements, KPIs, and backlog items.
• Refine requirements with development and business teams and ensure traceability.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and milestones.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness.
• Standardize delivery practices across SOS initiatives.
• Manage execution tooling and governance in Asana.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and GTM launch readiness.
• Support dashboards, scorecards, and executive communications.
• Prepare release notes and enablement materials for RI initiatives.
• Ensure clear messaging to leadership, sales, and delivery teams.
