Job summary

TrueBlue, Inc. is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Specialist to support compensation and benefits programs. This role will prepare data, run audits, and answer employee questions, reporting to the Total Rewards Manager.

The position is remote within the United States and involves partnership with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure compliant, accurate processes. Responsibilities include supporting annual merit and bonus cycles, benefits enrollment, market pricing, and processing life

Qualifications

4+ years of Total Rewards experience, compensation and benefits experience required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred and relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle or UKG) is essential.

Responsibilities

Supports administration of compensation and benefits programs including health, welfare, and retirement offerings.
Prepares analyses and reports to support decision-making and ensures alignment with budget and market practices.
Partners with HR, Finance, and leaders to guide compensation programs and respond to inquiries.
Administers day-to-day benefits and leave programs and resolves questions.
Supports annual enrollment, plan design changes, testing, and communications.
