Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in total rewards, compensation or benefits in HR.
• Strong project management with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and summarize insights.
• Detail-oriented with careful handling of sensitive employee data.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot or AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation and benefits policies domestically and internationally.
• Support Open Enrollment, audits, and plan document updates for compliance.
• Analyze market data, benchmark roles, and support salary structures.
• Prepare data reports for benchmarking, filings, and decision making.
• Communicate total rewards programs to employees and leadership.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams on benefits program delivery.
• Develop procedures and training to improve efficiency and adoption.
