Job summary

PharmaLogic Holdings is seeking a Senior Manager, Benefits and Compensation to lead the design and administration of employee benefits and compensation programs. The role drives market pricing, salary benchmarking, and plan governance while coordinating with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external partners.

The position is remote in the United States, requires 5+ years in Total Rewards, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in Total Rewards, incl. benefits and compensation; leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of health and welfare plans, self-funded programs, 401(k) administration.
• Experience with market pricing, pay structures, salary benchmarking, and incentive plans.
• Experience with audits, budgets, reporting, HRIS and payroll; multi-state preferred.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills; ability to communicate insights to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute benefits and compensation priorities aligned with business needs and budgets.
• Lead health, welfare plan administration, annual renewals, open enrollment and vendor changes.
• Oversee 401(k) administration and coordination with recordkeepers and auditors.
• Manage market pricing, job architecture, and compensation planning cycles.
• Drive governance, compliance, reporting, and process improvements across Total Rewards.
