Job summary

TrueBlue, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Specialist to help administer compensation and benefits programs and support key cycles such as merit and bonuses.

You will work under the Total Rewards Manager ensuring processes are accurate, compliant, and timely, partnering with HR, Finance, and business leaders. The role emphasizes data preparation, audits, and responding to employee inquiries while maintaining HRIS data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Total Rewards experience, compensation and benefits experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CEBS, CCP, CBP, SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Prepares analyses, reports, and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Partners with HR, Finance, and business leaders on policies and processes.
• Administers day-to-day health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs.
• Supports annual open enrollment and plan changes.
• Processes life events, COBRA notices, and leave paperwork; reconciles invoices.
• Maintains job codes, salary ranges, and job descriptions in HRIS.
• Supports merit, promotion, and bonus cycles; audits results.
• Runs recurring compensation and benefits reports and audits HRIS data.
• Ensures compliance with FLSA, ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and pay transparency.
