Job summary

The Panther Group is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Recruiter to support hiring across multiple business groups. This remote role focuses on proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, pipeline development, and strategic partnership with Talent Acquisition leaders and hiring managers.

The ideal candidate has seven+ years in corporate recruiting or agency search, strong sourcing skills, and experience in financial services or insurance.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of corporate recruiting or agency search experience.
• Financial services or insurance recruiting experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced sourcing: Boolean searches, passive outreach, talent mapping, market research.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and geographies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using direct outreach, networks, referrals, social platforms, and talent tools.
• Identify and engage qualified passive candidates across multiple functions and markets.
• Screen and assess candidates against position requirements and goals.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on search strategies and updates.
• Manage candidates through the recruiting process with timely communication.
• Provide leaders with insights on talent availability, market trends, and compensation.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future needs.
• Collaborate with Compensation on offers.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS (Workday Recruiting).
• Use metrics and dashboards to monitor pipeline activity and progress.
• Handle multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Grow external networks within relevant professional markets.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and processes.
