Responsibilities

• Manage relationships across the UKG Partner Community and clarify programs and opportunities.
• Lead partner onboarding, orientation, enablement, and integration planning.
• Coordinate with product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams on partnerships.
• Shape global product, partner community, and go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain relationships with existing partners and address issues proactively.
• Define onboarding requirements and measure program performance.
• Coordinate joint sales activities with key partners and explore new opportunities.
• Stay updated on global HCM/WFM trends to inform strategy.
