Job summary

UKG in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Senior Technology Partner Executive to manage and grow the Partner Community, helping partners onboard and integrate with UKG’s HCM, WFM, and HRSD offerings. Responsibilities

Manage relationships across the UKG Partner Community and guide onboarding.
Lead onboarding processes, including orientation, enablement, readiness, planning, and launch.
Collaborate with product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal to align partnerships with priorities.
Help shape and execute global product and go-to-market strategies.
Maintain productive relationships with partners and address issues proactively.
Define requirements, measure performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
Coordinate joint sales activities and develop new business opportunities.
Stay current on HCM/WFM trends to inform strategy and programming.
