Job summary

Blue Bridge People is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead IT and Engineering recruitment, manage the full cycle, and collaborate with sales, clients, and candidates. This remote-based role requires occasional HQ visits to Columbus or other listed cities.

You will source, screen, negotiate offers, mentor junior recruiters, and provide market insights while driving growth for Cincinnati’s fastest-growing firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience with IT/Engineering focus.
• Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and client management.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with ATS and sourcing across social networks and job boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for IT/Engineering clients and manage full lifecycle.
• Source and screen candidates using multiple channels.
• Negotiate offers and terms of employment.
• Mentor and coach junior recruiters to meet team goals.
• Provide market insights and recruitment analytics.
• Collaborate with sales, clients, and candidates to understand needs.
• Deliver tailored recruitment solutions to clients.
