Job summary

Blue Bridge People is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead IT and Engineering recruitment, manage the full cycle, and collaborate with sales, clients, and candidates. This remote-based role requires occasional HQ visits to Columbus or other listed cities.

You will source, screen, negotiate offers, mentor junior recruiters, and provide market insights while driving growth for Cincinnati’s fastest-growing firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience with IT/Engineering focus.
• Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and client management.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with ATS and sourcing across social networks and job boards.

Job description

Location: Remote based in one of the cities below but will be required to come in HQ as needed. (Columbus, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Lexington, Louisville, Milwaukee and Atlanta)

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Recruiter to join our team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will lead recruitment for our IT and Engineering clients, manage the full recruitment cycle, and deliver top talent. You will work closely with our sales team, clients, and candidates to understand hiring needs, source and screen candidates, and negotiate offers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand hiring needs, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract top IT and Engineering talent, including social media, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screening and Selection: Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and skills assessments to ensure the best fit for client openings.
• Offer Management: Negotiate salaries, benefits, and other employment terms to ensure successful offer acceptance.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and train junior recruiters to achieve team goals and develop their skills.
• Market Insights: Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
• Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and analytics on recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record of success.

Skills:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of IT and/or Engineering industry trends, technologies, and roles.
• Proficiency in ATS systems, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines and targets.

Compensation is a combination of base salary plus commission
