Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions, a Cincinnati-based recruitment partner, seeks a remote Recruiter to source and engage qualified candidates for multiple clients nationwide. You will build pipelines, conduct interviews, and support hiring teams with end-to-end recruiting strategies.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, AI sourcing tools, and ATS databases to identify top talent, while maintaining meticulous records and providing clear candidate assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience with staffing agencies, recruiting firms, or executive search preferred.
• Ability to support multiple clients, roles, industries, and priorities simultaneously.
• Hands‑on experience with ATS, candidate databases, and sourcing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, AI sourcing tools, networks, and online sourcing channels.
• Ability to build, test, and refine Boolean searches.
• Experience evaluating resumes and profiles against specific client requirements.
• Confidence to conduct candidate screenings and interviews when needed.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage several searches without letting candidates or details fall through the cracks.
• Willingness to learn new roles, industries, terminology, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the recruiting team to understand client needs, positions, must-have qualifications, and candidate profiles.
• Hunt and engage qualified passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, AI sourcing tools, ATS databases, and other channels.
• Create effective Boolean searches that yield actually qualified candidates.
• Review resumes and online profiles to assess alignment with roles.
• Develop talent pipelines for current openings and future needs.
• Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls when required.
• Provide thorough notes and rationale for candidate fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, communications, sourcing activity, and interview notes in the ATS.
• Track outreach, responses, submissions, recruiter feedback, and pipeline progress.
• Adjust searches based on feedback and market conditions.
