Revel IT is seeking a Corporate Recruiter for a contract opportunity based in Westerville, OH (onsite). In this role, you will support the growth of Engineering and/or Information Technology teams by managing end-to-end recruiting and strengthening Talent Acquisition capability through practical collaboration, process improvements, and the use of technology.

You will partner closely with HR Business Partners and leadership to align hiring activity with business goals, while bringing a data-driven approach to recruiting performance and continuous improvement across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Leadership on recruiting strategy to support company goals.
• Apply proven recruiting success to fill critical roles across Engineering and/or Information Technology.
• Contribute to teamwork by sharing knowledge within the TA team and across the HR organization.
• Drive continuous improvement by sharing ideas, reviewing processes and tasks, and increasing value to internal customers.
• Own daily work with ethics, responsibility, discipline, and ownership, understanding the impact on customers, the company, and personal development.
• Define and build talent programs that address business needs, leading through a sales and consultative approach.
• Foster a data-driven organization by using metrics and trends to drive recruiting results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Applied Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment at a regional or national level, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Experience in high volume recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineers, as well as project management and product management roles (highly preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring projects or initiatives at the same time.
• Able to set and prioritize your own work to perform effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to build buy-in with key stakeholders.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and present data to different audiences.
• Ability to perform in a highly transformative, fast-paced growth environment.
