Job summary

Torc Robotics is seeking an experienced Recruiter to scale our growing team across engineering groups. You will own the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening to negotiation and close, while building a strong candidate experience.

You will partner with engineering teams, implement sourcing strategies, and manage a robust pipeline to meet annual hiring goals in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in full life cycle recruiting, with a minimum 6+ years in the engineering industry.
• Experience hiring software engineers is required.
• Strong background in direct sourcing to identify and hire top technical talent.
• Global recruiting experience in Canada preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain productive partnerships with Hiring Managers and Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening and serving as recruiting partner to various hiring teams to scale the organization.
• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from screening to offer and close with a superior candidate experience.
• Strategically plan and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates and keep them engaged.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to set recruiting strategy and meet annual hiring goals.
• Influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
