Job summary

Torc Robotics seeks an experienced Recruiter to scale our Fleet Operations, Commercial Strategy, and Corporate teams. You will manage full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing to close, including internship and co-op programs, while partnering with hiring teams to meet annual hiring goals.

Strong sourcing skills, an established network in operations or logistics, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse are expected.

Qualifications

4+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting for operations, fleet, logistics, or frontline roles is a plus.
Experience with internship or co-op recruiting is a plus.
Existing network within operations, fleet, or logistics talent communities is a plus.
Proven ability to build partnerships with hiring managers and leaders.
Familiarity with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred).

Responsibilities

Own full life cycle recruitment for Fleet Operations, Commercial Strategy, and Corporate roles from sourcing to close.
Source passive candidates for tough-to-fill roles.
Support internship and co-op programs, including campus partnerships.
Partner with hiring teams to set recruiting strategy and meet annual hiring goals.
Network to promote employer brand and build talent pipelines.
Coordinate interviews with recruiting coordinators and maintain ATS data.
Advise hiring managers on job postings to reflect role responsibilities.
