Contoro Robotics, headquartered in Austin, TX, is redefining warehouse automation with cutting-edge robotics. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting across technical, engineering, operational, and corporate functions.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage full-cycle recruiting, source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels, screen, interview, and coordinate offers, in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including robotics/automation/tech.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing and recruiting technical or engineering talent.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates via multiple channels.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
• Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with robotics, automation, or warehouse technology roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptable to fast-paced startup hiring priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and ideal profiles.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, operational, and corporate roles.
• Create and maintain job descriptions and postings.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, universities, networking, and other channels.
• Review applications and conduct initial screenings.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews.
• Support offer preparation and negotiations.
• Coordinate with HR for smooth candidate-to-hire transition.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the ATS.
• Develop recruiting workflows, interview guides, scorecards, templates, and documentation.
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline activity, and offer acceptance.
• Maintain relationships with external recruiters, staffing agencies, and recruiting vendors when needed.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and the candidate experience.
