Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager to coordinate complex initiatives within a large healthcare environment. This remote role aligns business and technology teams, manages multiple priorities, mitigates risks, and delivers on time with clear leadership communication.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in project management, experience with executive stakeholders, and a proven ability to handle multiple initiatives in a matrixed setting.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project or program management, ideally in healthcare or insurance.
• Experience working with senior executives (VP+), under tight schedules.
• Knowledge of FEP mandates and government-related projects.
• Ability to handle multiple parallel initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Clear, concise communication to senior leadership on scope, timelines, risks, and decisions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the technical coordination point for high-complexity projects and initiatives.
• Ensure deliverables from business and technology partners meet schedules and quality standards.
• Manage resources from multiple delivery partners within hours and scope.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks; communicate impacts and status to leadership.
• Facilitate structured working sessions and executive presentations; translate topics into actionable plans.
• Mentor team members to support a high-functioning matrixed team.
